In the 3+ years since I started the podcast, I’ve learned a heckuva lot about anxiety! From Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to mindfulness, to compassion practices, to Internal Family Systems (IFS), a lot of different tools have come across my desk. Some have stuck with me, and have turned into important tools for my own healing, while others have been less effective — or I simply forgot about them.

I have made a lot of progress in making peace with the triggers and patterns that really overwhelm me, and yet I still periodically fall down, get stuck, or spin out. Healing is a continual process, but the conversations I’ve had on the podcast, and methods I’ve learned from talking with my guests have given me a really wide view of what is possible.

Now, I’d like to share these tools with you. Of course, you can just listen to all the episodes of the podcast (which I really encourage you to do!), and develop your own self care routine based on what feels interesting/right, but I also want to offer you something more personal.

So, if you want some help understanding the landscape of anxiety tools that exists, and exploring which ones might be a good fit for you, please find some time on my calendar so we can chat.
